Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the receipt of the order. Our operational days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on saturday, sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

- Orders exceeding 5 units of the same product, items marked as pre-order, or products in production may require additional processing time.
- During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
- For out-of-stock items, dispatch may take between 2 to 6 weeks. We will keep you updated via email or phone regarding the status of your order.

Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Craftsmanship Notice: At Tinyvers, we pride ourselves on the unique craftsmanship of our products, handcrafted by traditional artisans in India. Variations in wood grain and texture enhance the product's beauty and are not considered defects.

Returns: We strive for your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products being opened or used, returns are not accepted once delivered. In cases of damaged products upon delivery (e.g., leakage, breakage, missing items), we offer refunds or exchanges after a thorough verification process.

Refund Policy:
- Tinyvers is not liable for damages post-delivery.
- An unboxing video with original packaging is required for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Refuse acceptance of tampered or damaged packages from the delivery partner.
- For non-received orders marked as delivered, contact customer care at +91-8792423163 within 3 days. Claims post this period will not be entertained.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 days of acceptance, with all transaction details provided.

Replacement: For defective products due to transit or other reasons, transportation costs for replacements will not be deducted. In other cases, transportation will be charged.Repairs: We offer repair services for products at no additional cost or a basic cost, excluding shipping charges to and from our facility.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund as store credit, valid for 6 months from the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse, subject to a 3% gateway charge. For cancellations of dispatched orders, a fee of ₹250 will be deducted for prepaid orders.

Refunds: For cancelled orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

Non-Delivery/Late Delivery: Charges for re-delivery due to customer errors (incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability) will be borne by the customer.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Fees
Subscriptions to Tinyvers can be purchased by paying a predefined fee, available on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis, as per the terms agreed upon at the time of subscription. The subscription is specifically tailored for activity kits, which are dispatched every two months. Payment for these kits will be automatically deducted from the provided payment method at the beginning of each subscription period. Please note that subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period they are purchased for. To manage your subscription, a valid credit card or other payment methods must be provided, allowing us to process your payment at each renewal term, corresponding to the initial subscription date or the date of birth details provided for the child during subscription.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Your Tinyvers subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. If you wish to cancel your Paid Subscription, you must do so through your subscription management page before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will become effective the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and your account will be downgraded to a Free Account. You have the flexibility to cancel your Paid Subscription at any time.

Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated in advance, and, where applicable, instructions on how to accept these changes will be provided. Price adjustments for Paid Subscriptions will be effective at the start of the next subscription period following the announcement of the price change. By continuing to use Tinyvers services after the price adjustment takes effect, you accept the new pricing. If you disagree with the price changes, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any announced price changes.

Subscriptions Refunds
