Unfortunately, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to various circumstances. While we cannot control delivery delays ,We will contact the delivery partner immediately to ensure your product reaches you as quickly as possible as per the third party delivery partner’s deadline. Please bear with us and thank you for your patience.

You can track your products by logging into your account. Once acceptance of the order has been confirmed, the tracking details of the product being shipped will be shared with you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please send us an email with the video of the product received and the order ID to support@tinyvers.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We can offer you a replacement, repair, or refund.
If you choose to get a replacement, we will pick up and replace the product free of cost.
If you choose to get a refund instead of a replacement for a defective/damaged product, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
If the product is repairable, we are happy to help you with that at no additional cost. You will need to bear only the cost of shipping the product to us and getting it shipped back to you after repairs are made.
Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or suffer damage if handled roughly. Please note that if the product gets damaged after use (two weeks or more after purchase), we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (> 3 returns in a financial year). Some pin codes are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us. We do not offer reverse pickups outside India.

Clean with a damp cloth and avoid submerging in water. Each box comes with a material & care guide that provides specific instructions for maintaining and cleaning the toys properly.

We do not offer refunds. If the delivered order has missing products or damaged products we offer replacements if you reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with unboxing video of the product. Refer our refund policy.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may result in non-delivery or late delivery. In such cases, charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, returns due to incorrect addresses are not typically accepted. Please contact our customer service team immediately to update the address or resolve any issues as soon as possible.
